convenient and clean stay
train station attentive staff breakfast variety
i liked the location near watford junction station. the staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. breakfast had good variety with hot and cold options. on-site parking was available for a daily fee.
the room heating system seemed to have issues regulating temperature consistently

staff provided prompt assistance and addressed concerns quickly i observed them helping guests with directions and luggage storage. the reception area was clean and well kept and the service was great.

The staff were very polite and helpful .
The dinner was a bit disappointing. My salmon STILL had the spine in it. I told the waitress, but no one EVER came to address my complaint, and I paid full price!!

the staff was super cute. they were helpful throughout my stay. rooms were very nice and neat. complimentary toiletries are included!
the room felt cold when i checked in. the front desk said the room temperature was centrally controlled. one bedside lightbulb had blown. they said they didn't have a spare bulb!

functional room, personable staff
room layout easy lighting genuine staff pleasing decor
I was impressed with the layout of the room and furniture placement. i found the desk, lighting, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer positioned well for easy use. the staff were personable. Their approach felt genuine and not robotic. i was also glad the decor was pleasing to the eye.
i found one very small downside . i noticed the car park spaces are somewhat narrow, a minor inconvenience.

super stay near watford junction!
helpful team hot drinks espresso machine friendly staff
i loved the proximity to watford junction! the reception team was informative plus helpful with parking setup. the room for four had hot drink selections, an espresso machine, toiletries, and a mini fridge. breakfast included so much choice and the staff always checked to be sure everything was ok.
the carpeting on the stairs seemed a bit garish plus looked frayed.

every staff member provided excellent service they were friendly and helpful at all times. the reception team was informative aiding guests with parking arrangements upon arrival at this location. staff at breakfast checked everything was ok plus cleared away quickly.

The hotel location was very helpful to my travel plans! It was near many transport links. The room provided a mini fridge. I had a good sleep.
I was told it was fully booked, but it was empty when I arrived. I requested soup, cheese, and biscuits at 21:00, only to find out they were unavailable. My cake arrived with melted ice cream.
